Title: Front Desk Attendant

Oversee the front desk and assist members, guests, and new customers on the phone and in person. Greet members/guests and ensure that they are properly checked in and receive a quality experience while at the facility. Provide oversight of activities to ensure All Sport Facility rules and policies are followed. Assist members as may be needed during their appointment.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Establish and maintain a rapport with all members and guests entering and exiting the facility

Establish a competency in All Sports Facility scheduling systems and point of sale systems. (Member/Guest check-in, Drink purchases, schedule of new appointments, etc.

Telephone message competence: recording clear, correct messages and discerning importance (timeliness) of calls.

Responsible for opening of facility and ensuring space is ready for use.

If closing the facility to make certain that closing procedures are followed each night

Maintain neat and well-stocked work area for efficient desk operation and customer service

Schedule reservations, private lessons, and activities

Develop and maintain cooperative work relationships with others

Complete any special projects as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

High school Diploma or equivalent

Demonstrated knowledge of All Sports Facility programs, services, policies and procedures

Ability to explain all lessons, programs, memberships and promotions to prospective and existing members

Excellent guest service skills

Solid computer skills
