  • Teen Night

    Parents, are you looking to get out for a few hours on a Saturday night and enjoy some well-deserved relaxation while your teens have an absolute blast? Bring your teens ages 12-16 for an unforgettable teen night here at the All Sports Facility! Our state-of-the-art facility offers open free play to any sport they'd like to play, whether it's soccer, basketball, volleyball, or even a game of dodgeball - the options are endless! And to fuel their fun, we'll have a delicious spread of pizza and soda each night, so you don't have to worry about a thing! So mark your calendars for a night out and let us take care of the rest.   • HitTrax Challenge

    Get ready to take your hitting skills to the next level! Come join us in a 6 week HitTrax Hitting Challenge, where you'll have the opportunity to participate in a comprehensive 6 week hitting skills camp designed to improve your technique and performance. During this exciting challenge, you'll compete against everyone in the group in a variety of different hitting skills competitions, including exit velocity, distance, and accuracy. Each week, you'll receive personalized feedback and coaching to help you refine your skills and climb the leaderboard. And, at the end of the 6 weeks, a HitTrax winner will be announced, recognizing the player who has demonstrated the most improvement and skill. So, are you up for the challenge?   • Tenn & Youth Strength & Conditioning

    Keep those kids busy this winter while making them stronger athletes! The All Sports Facility has joined forces with Leah Vanderwerker and will be offering a comprehensive strength and conditioning class specifically designed for the youth and teenager age groups! Check out this 6 week strength program, carefully crafted to help your young athlete build a solid foundation, improve their overall performance, and gain a competitive edge in their respective sport. The program will focus on exercises that enhance speed, agility, strength, and endurance, while also promoting proper technique, injury prevention, and teamwork.   • 6 Week Softball Pitching Camp

    Are you looking for the perfect camp to keep you pitching sharp before your winter workouts and games start? Do you want to take your skills to the next level and dominate on the field? This 8-week camp is specifically designed to help you achieve your goals! Led by pitching instructor Brittney Sprague, accompanied by guest instructors throughout the weeks, you'll receive top-notch guidance and training. Both age groups will have the unique opportunity to utilize our strength and conditioning room to not only develop their pitching mechanics but to become stronger and more agile using exercise-specific movements while incorporating weights and resistance training. You'll be able to focus on building your strength, power, and endurance, giving you a competitive edge over your opponents.
