A heated 5000 sq ft (104'x50') turf field with padded walls that can be divided in half. The field can support all sports and recreational activities.

The netting system is 6000 sq ft turfed climate-controlled area that can be used in its entirety or can be divided into different spaces to support different sports and training activities. For baseball/softball the space can be divided to support a Pitching tunnel, 3 Hitting/Pitching tunnels, a soft toss cage and a tee cage. Pitching machines are available for use during specific days and times. Hit Trax and Rapsodo will be available for pitching and hitting in a specific tunnel.

  The court is a 30X60 ft versa court system that provides a pickle ball and half basketball court. The court can be used for other training and instructional needs other than pickle ball and basketball as may be needed. The court is climate-controlled year round

For other sports and activities, the middle section of the netting system which is approximately 1800 sq ft can be used to support lacrosse, soccer, field hockey and other activities for younger athletes.  

The facility will provide all goals nets, balls, machines for training. Contracts will establish responsibilities for the facility and the Instructor/Trainer and/or Sports Club/Teams

 A 550 sq ft climate-controlled room is available for strength and conditioning. Area consists of free weights, Smith machine, bands, medicine balls, bike and treadmill. Ideal for use for physical therapy, stretching, and conditioning for specific sports 

By the end of late summer, early fall there will be a 25,000 outdoor field for recreational and entertainment use, as well as an additional 5,000 square foot court for outdoor pickleball and basketball.
